November 16, 1916 voice actor Daws Butler was born. He worked mostly for the Hanna-Barbera animation where he originated the voices of many familiar characters, including Loopy De Loop, Wally Gator, Yogi Bear, Hokey Wolf, Elroy Jetson, Quick Draw McGraw, Snagglepuss, Spike the Bulldog, and Huckleberry Hound. He was also the voice for Cap'n Crunch and Quisp. Here is a video recording of Daws Butler’s workshop (studio) where he talks about creating cartoon voices. The video was recorded April 3, 1986.
